Matbros sells BRAND NEW perfect condition mattresses and BRAND NEW direct from the manufacturer minor imperfection models or discontinued models. Imperfections are of the following:

Minor stitch issues - related to the threading of material or at junction points, i.e bottom or side

Small tears in the side or bottom of mattress material, We strive to identify these beforehand and mark the affected area on the bag

Small marks on the mattress from the manufacturing floor or manufacturing process. We strive to pick only the top quality ones though.

Slight bumps or distortions in the distribution of the memory foam tops. Mattresses with more than 10 percent distortion do not get sold to our customers.

All we ask is your either call, email or text us your concern and we will be happy to deal with the issue at hand. When can I expect to receive my mattress?Our delivery schedule is flexible and we do our best to accomodate each and every customer who purchases from us. Most orders ship within 1 to 2 days and on rare occassions we can have the mattress to you same day if you are within a 50 km radius of our depot. Most orders can be expected within a few days or you can coordinate with us to arrange a day and time suitable for you. For our orders from our affliate partners such as groupon or Facebook, Matbros will reach out to you to let you know the day and time when you can expect delivery. We do our best to work with your schedule.

What if i'm not happy with the mattress I have purchased?Matbros offers a hassle free exchange program if you are not happy with the mattress you have purchased. As long as you return the mattress to us in the same condition as recieved as well as in its original packing, Matbros will exchange it for a similar model of same price and value. On rare occassions wehere a customer wants a refund on their purchase, matbros will assess the situation to bring about a resolution that suitable for both parties involved. we always do our best to resolve any situation that arises.

Are the mattresses matbros sells new?Absolutely yes! All the matrresses we sell are manufacturer direct misimperfection models or discontinued models. The misimperfecctions are related to mis-stiches on the fabric, Torn fabric usually under the mattress or missing tags off the mattress. Sometime the mattresses have small marks from being dropped or dragged on factory floor. In most instances, we do not sell these mats through our oline store and will send you pics if requested. We pick Trippe A quality models so you get something that otherwise would be 4 times the price in regular retail establishments. On rare occassions if your not happy with the mattresses you purchased, matbros will either exchange or refund your perchase. we alsways work to bring abour a happy resolution for our customers and clients

I am moving and want to pre-purchase my mattress. Can matbros hold my order till I am ready to move in?Yes we can hold your order untio your ready to receive it. There`s no additonal cost for this service. We would just need to know a few ddays in advance as to when you would want the mattress that has been placed on hld delivered. We will always try pour best to accomodate your requirements but do ask you give us enough notice in advance.
